A pretty useful technique...
Well this is short and sweet.
Use these skills on an enemy and THEY WILL DIE. To have maximum effect you need two people. N/R or R/N and anything that has mesmer as one of it's professions. I suppose it could work with one person but I can like guarantee that they're dead if you have two people.
1.tainted flesh (inflicts disease)
2. poison arrow (inflicts poison)
3. life siphon (drains health from them and gives it to you)
4. conjure phantasm (does 5 damage per second for a number of seconds depending on your illusion magic level.
Now they go bye-bye.

It's damage over time. Anything with a decent amount of HP
will have ample time to beat 2 necros into the ground before
it drops.

instead of a ranger secondary just use chilblains+plague touch/sending, and a mesmer secondary.

This is not new information. Plus, your 4 skills have skills from three professions, and 2 of them are elite. Tell me how you manage that. In addition, you can't cast Tainted on others they must hit you in melee to be diseased.

Unfortunately a single competent healer can deal with that much damage rather easily. Mass degen is a viable offense if you can somehow shut down enemy healing, but barring that enemy healers will be able to outpace the degen.

Life Transfer + Life Siphon would get your max degen.
plus apply poison would add a few to counter some troll unergent or healing breeze.

The only point for health degen is to put additional pressure on the monks so that spiking is easier... if you have a ranger throwing around poison, it means you have to spike enemies from 400 or less HP rather than 485 or whatnot.

I'll aplaud for 10 degen when I see it on the entire enemy team, like Mantra of Persistence builds used to be able to do quite easily. This is simply crap.

thread called: usefull technique....
i only see a list of skills, not technique...
ok, no problem. so he just lists his skills. let's see:
Quote:
1.tainted flesh (inflicts disease)
2. poison arrow (inflicts poison)
3. life siphon (drains health from them and gives it to you)
4. conjure phantasm (does 5 damage per second for a number of seconds depending on your illusion magic level.

hmm... Suboptimal.....how to revise....Wait, I know! He posted also how to revise this!
haaaa....fresh new empty skillbar...
so concluding, it is a technique to waste time filling your skillbar and then emptying it I think....

PS: seriously, having more then 10 degen does nothing. Also it is easily healed in response, removed with mend ailment or hex removal. plenty of ways to react to, I wouldn't base a build on it. It is fun to play with in Random Arena though, but wouldn't take it anywhere else.

Actually, conjure phantasm gives u 5 pips of degen. That translates to 10 damage a second, not 5
